What is the Indiana State Youth Convention?

The Indiana State Youth Convention is an annual gathering of students and leaders from across the state of Indiana who come together for a weekend of worship, community, and fun.
Our vision is to create an environment where students are given opportunities to encounter Christ personally, discover their unique calling, and cultivate deep, authentic community. We envision a generation of young people empowered to live out their faith boldly, equipped with spiritual, personal, and leadership tools, and deeply connected to a Christ-centered community that supports their journey. Through worship, relevant teaching, and immersive experiences, students will be inspired to not only follow Jesus but also to influence their world for His glory.

This event is geared toward 6th thru 12th graders, but exceptions can be made if needed.

Sarah Wedel

Sarah has been in Student Ministry for 10 years. She is currently a Student Pastor in Colleyville, Texas. Her favorite thing is getting to see students hone their God-given gifts and put them into action in the Kingdom of God. She is a wife to Kyle and adoptive mom to JD. In her spare time, she loves an aesthetic coffee shop and a Mexican restaurant.

Attaboy

In 2014, the mission changed. Instead of performing for youth groups and weekend retreats, Attaboy shifted their focus to using music to strategically share the Gospel in America's public schools. Armed with an energetic live show fueled by over 2,000 performances, the band discovered that their outreach-driven pop anthems were resonating with young adults in the church as well. Now, Attaboy is strategically bringing the two worlds together, continuing to minister to unchurched students in public schools while simultaneously encouraging young believers. The formula is simple; it's the music they want, and the message they need.

In addition to registering for the conference, all groups are responsible for reserving their own hotel rooms. All conference gatherings and activities will take place at Embassy Suites, Noblesville. The Embassy booking link will be in your ISYC registration confirmation email.
